CERTIFICATE PROGRAM IN TRAINING AND MANAGEMENT
SYLLABUS FOR "TRAINING AND ASSESSMENT"


Module 1 : Bravee Assignment

After successful registration at Bravee Multiskilling Academy, learners shall complete the "Assignment"

Module 2: Training

1. Plan and organize for facilitation of a training program
2. Deliver competency based instructor led training sessions as per session plan
3. Demonstrate work skills on the job or in a simulated work environment
4. Facilitate transfer of work skills on the job or in a simulated work environment

Module 3: Assessment

5. Conduct assessment of competence as per required standard
6. Apply principles of professional practice at the work place
7. Plan and organize for competency based assessment
8. Assess vocational skills, knowledge and understanding

Module 4 :Health and Safety

9. Apply health and safety practices applicable in a training and assessment environment

Certification Examinations : Total Marks: 100
( 30 marks for Module 1 , 2 and 3 and 10marks for Module 4)

Course materials will be forwarded through email to all registered candidates with assignments. Based on the assignment report review, personal contact programs will be arranged through Skype /mobile conference. Certificates will be issued to all successful candidates on payment of certification fee.
